BBC STUDIOS

The brief:

We were approached by BBC Studios on the strength of our corporate portrait and event work.

Their first requirement was for images of senior management that could be used at conferences/moderation panels and separately for Linked In profiles.

Their second requirement was to update their image library of BBC presenters in live studio environments, both appearing to present live and taking in a more ‘behind the scenes feel’.

The Solution:

After visiting the BBC Television Centre we identified a location where we could set up both a studio-style portrait area and a space that took in the BBC’s location and environment. Over two days we photographed each member of staff and select an image from both locations that we took into post-production, paying particular attention to the BBC’s corporate tone and styling.

When it came to the documentary style imagery, we spent a day in both the News at Ten studio, the new Streaming Production Area as well as BBC Verify to provide ample shots with which to update their image library.
